We aim to do our best to help you get the best from your hosting package

Please read this carefully to understand the level of support which is offered within our hosting packages.

At present we do not offer telephone support.

Support is offered via our support desk software or via email support at pinbrook dot net.

We aim to reply to non urgent requests within 4 (working ) hours. The help desk is manned from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Tickets raised outside these hours should receive a reply within 8 hours.

We should reply to emergencies more quickly.

All hosting packages come with a control panel. Please use this feature to configure email boxes, bandwidth allowance, URL redirects, 404 redirects etc.

We have a comprehensive range of tutorials to help you. We firmly believe in helping you to help yourself. We are always happy to point you in the right direction when you aren't sure how to acheive a particular task. Our help files can be found at http://www.pinbrook.net/hsphere-assist/index.html

We do not offer free support if this help can be interpreted as training or consultancy.

Actinic Support
 

Support for Actinic is offered via email only.

We only support Actinic for clients who have bought Actinic software directly from us, or where we have created an actinic site for you.

We do not offer free support if this help can be interpreted as training or consultancy.

If we host an Actinic site for you we will always resolve hosting issues for you, where the fault lies with our servers.

We do not offer Actinic software support as part of your Hosting plan. We recommend "Actinic Cover" if you require telephone support for Actinic software..

Where uploading issues are caused by your equipment ie PC, modem, router, ISP etc we can advise a solution, but are unable to guarantee a solution. In these situations you will need to consult your own PC/network advisor.
