We
only support Actinic for clients who have bought Actinic software directly
from us, or where we have created an actinic site for you.
We do not offer free support if this help can be interpreted as training or consultancy.
If we host an Actinic site for you we will always resolve hosting
issues for you, where the fault lies with our servers.
We do not offer Actinic software support as part of your Hosting plan. We recommend "Actinic Cover" if you require telephone support for Actinic software..
Where uploading issues are caused by your equipment ie PC, modem, router, ISP etc we can advise a solution, but are unable to guarantee a solution. In these situations you will need to consult your own PC/network advisor.
