Our mailing list service can be used in conjunction with Actinic Ecommerce websites. Site owners can use the marketing module to export email addresses collected in the checkout to add to the list we hold.

What do we do for you?

1 We provide you with the necessary code required on your website to offer subscribe and unsubscribe to your mailing list. You simply copy and paste the code we give you into your site.

2 We store your list on our secure server. (We reserve the right to delete your list from our server 90 days after your last send).

3 You send us the email addresses of people to send to in the format of xls, csv or txt file. We then use this list or we add it to the list we hold for you. Our software will automatically detect and remove duplicate email addresses.. The list can hold 3 pieces of information, email address, salutation, and whether to send the email as HTML or txt.

4 You send us the detail of what you want to send as an html page (and txt format if required) See guidelines here..

5 We send the newsletter to the subscribers on your list. Thus you don't have to worry about flooding your mail server and your list being identified as bulk mail (spam).

6 We also manage people who have unsubscribed before sending the list, we check your list for duplicates, and we sanitise the list for bounces (email addresses that are no longer valid) . Again bounce management is an important factor in managing mailing lists.

7 We provide you with statisticsshowing the results of your newletters. We tell you how many emails were sent and how many were read. These stats are sent once, 7 days after the send in image format..

8 We also send link tracking statistics, this feature looks through your html mailing and automatically detects links you have included. Link tracking then lets you know how many times your recipients have clicked the links.

How much will this cost me?

Monthly fee £75. (Payable quartlery) or Pay annually £750.

This includes up to 15 newsletters sends per year each list can include up to 7,500 emails.

If you ask us to create the html newsletter for you this will cost £95.00 (you supply text and images). Alternatively you create an html page as your newsletter (guidelines) and we send it.
