How to create an HTML newsletter

Use your preferred HTML editor to create a table 600 pixels wide.

Divide the table into rows. We suggest you place your own site logo in the top row to easily identify who the email has been sent from. See an example newsletter here

Add images, text and links for the body of your newsletter.

Make sure every image pathname is the full path back to where the image is stored within your own website

ie http:// www. yourdomain .co.uk/imagefolder/imagename.jpg

Make sure every link also uses the full path to the page on your website

ie http:// www. yourdomain .co.uk/pagename.html

We will add the unsubscribe link information to the bottom of the newsletter - this has to be there to comply with current mailing list directives.

Upload the html page you have created to your own webspace, we will then take a copy from there. Email us to tell us where to find the page.

Email us a copy of the newsletter in txt format if you want us to send in this format also.
