to cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order. You may trial our services
for the same 14 days and if you are not happy with our service you can cancel
your contract within the 14 days and receive a full refund.
We reserve
the right not to host your website if we feel the subject matter of the site is
disagreeable to ourselves and our clients. We do not host sites of an overtly
sexual nature, gambling, warez, illegal MP3 Sites, IRC Bots or other sites considered
to be offensive.
** We
operate pay as you go bandwidth. Your site is not impeeded if you exceed the bandwidth limit on your
package. We simply charge for excess bandwidth at a rate of £10.00 per gb per month pro rata - thus if you exceed by 0.25gb you will be charged £2.50 for the excess at the end of your billing month. Often it is more cost effective to upgrade to the next plan once you start to exceed your plan allowance.
